Here's a recipe for pork kimchi stew:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork belly, sliced
- 2 cups kimchi, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cups water
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the pork belly. Cook until browned.
2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the kimchi and continue to sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot with rice.
